HeartMath® Class

If your child experiences stress during tests or when being assigned large projects have them take this short class!  They will learn how to interrupt their anxiety before it begins to climb.  Not only will the strategies learned in this class help them during testing times, it will also help students become more resilient in other areas of their lives too!
